Call out charge includes the first 30 minutes of work on site and any minor replacement parts required to fix your issue.
 
We will attend your site on our next avaiilable time slot, Monday - Friday 9am-16:00pm . If it is an urgent issue please give us a call
 
Time is charged at £30 per 30minutes thereafter 
 
Any further major parts requird to fix the issue are charged at the standard rate
